In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rpvip8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://rpvip8.cam and all related subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" refers to the rpvip8 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated software, and all products and services made available thereon, including sports betting, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slots), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (online cockfighting) markets where available.

rpvip8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending review.

By completing the registration process on the Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your registered information promptly should any detail change.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid full legal name matching a government-issued ID; a valid email address; a valid Indonesian mobile phone number; a date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age; and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal processing.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rpvip8 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify rpvip8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. rpvip8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Each Member is strictly limited to one registered Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms. rpvip8 employs advanced device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and cross-reference checks to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, and all Balances (including any winnings) will be voided and forfeited pending investigation.

rpvip8 is committed to the prevention of underage gambling, identity fraud, and financial crime. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal request is processed.

Standard KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

rpvip8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. rpvip8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not matching the Member's registered name will be reversed to the source account, and the Member's Account may be subject to review. rpvip8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the rpvip8 Account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. rpvip8 processes the vast majority of withdrawal requests within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. In exceptional circumstances — including system maintenance, banking partner outages, or enhanced due diligence reviews — processing may take up to 24 hours. rpvip8 does not charge withdrawal fees.

All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rpvip8 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be automatically converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, minus any applicable conversion fees charged by the intermediary payment provider.

rpvip8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major sporting occasions including BRI Liga 1 season launches and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF).

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum 10× wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds, reversal of any winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanent Account closure.

A wager is deemed accepted only upon receipt of a valid bet confirmation reference number displayed to the Member on screen. rpvip8 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, or suspected abuse.

In the event that a wager is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error, data feed malfunction, or human error, rpvip8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance. rpvip8 will notify the affected Member within 48 hours of any such voiding action.

• All football matches (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia / Garuda national team fixtures) are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation play plus referee-added stoppage time, unless specifically stated otherwise (e.g., "including extra time" markets).
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. If one leg is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated as if that leg had not been included.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are settled according to the standard Asian handicap rules published in full in the sportsbook help section.
• In-play (live betting) markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of the trading team. Wagers already accepted before suspension remain valid.

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing discrepancies across platforms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rpvip8 staff or other Members through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

rpvip8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A request submitted by the Member under the Platform's self-exclusion programme.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A Rp 10.000 per month inactivity fee will be applied to dormant Accounts with a positive Balance, until the Balance is exhausted or the Member returns and reactivates the Account.

Upon permanent closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to fraud or terms violation), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rpvip8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible via the Platform's notification system.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvip8 holds its international gaming licence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
